If there’s one thing I know about New Jersey, it’s that we’re tough. We will get through this by helping one another and moving forward. Together.

— Phil Murphy

The pandemic has touched every corner of our lives and tested us in ways we could never have imagined. New Jersey was one of the first and hardest-hit states, and with that came a lot of challenges. The highest price of this pandemic has been paid by thousands of our fellow New Jerseyans who have lost their lives. These are members of our great and diverse family who can never be overlooked or forgotten.

No other state has our grit and our determination to move forward. We will continue using data and science to combat this public health crisis and get shots into people’s arms as quickly as possible. We’ve stood up six vaccine mega-sites across the state, and vaccinations are available at hundreds of more locations statewide. Between all of New Jersey’s points of vaccine distribution, 98.7 percent of all residents live within five miles of a location where they can get vaccinated. We will bounce back from this economic crisis, helping small businesses on Main Street get back on their feet and encouraging new ones to grow. And, we’re safely reopening our schools to get all of our students back in the classroom.  But we’ve still got work to do.

Below is a list of organizations across New Jersey that are helping our neighbors during their time of need. If you can, consider finding ways to volunteer — perhaps working at a food bank or giving blood. There are also valuable resources listed so that you can stay up to date on the latest guidance from public health experts.
