EDA: New Jersey ranks 3rd in distributing grants to small business

New Jersey ranks third among states in how much in grants it has distributed to small businesses during the pandemic, according to an analysis from the state’s Economic Development Authority.

According to the analysis, which was compiled based on publicly available data, New Jersey has distributed $759 million in grants to small businesses. That’s on top of the billions of dollars businesses directly got from the Paycheck Protection Program.
